Why Differentiate?				Which is fair? If the objective is for ALL students to reach the goal, then is it right to give each student the exact same instruction? Technology provides tools that can empower teachers with the ability to provide quality instruction that may look different for each student but produce the same result. Think about your practice. Are you teaching your students as equals or individuals?
Ways to Differentiate				Think of differentiation as a way to make learning more personalized. Technology can make differentiation easier than ever before. One tool to help students learn in their own way is Google Classroom.

Allow students at least three choices of how they will demonstrate mastery of the lesson content. Provide a custom instructional video for the students who may not know how to do a part of the lesson.
